The enzo ferrari kit!

The ferrari parts.

Tamiya provides lots of stuffs for this kit!

The stickers and decals and the black is carbon fibre.

The mesh, masking tape for windows and tyres.

So far I have only fixed the engine...

And this is how it should look when the whole thing is done.

The kit, a Fujimi GTR R34

The parts

Decals

The car body is in one piece, so I got to cut the doors and hood to open it

Hood done

Hood and doors done

This is the style I'm going for, but it's not hinged yet.
The hood and the first was a pain in the @$$ to get out, cause I did not own the proper tools yet n.n The last door took pretty quick, cause thats when I got my saw already. Plus it was also the cleanest, unlike the first door...
Most probably will go for blue with carbon fiber hood and gold rims. Either that or the initial d version, jade green. Headlights and tail lights will be installed.

Tools that I use >> By Elvyn
The nipper xD, saw bit and drill bit was bought at Vivo Daiso for $2 each. Trumpeter knife was bought at miniature hobby for $9.90 while the dremel was bought at Sunshine Plazza for $39.90.

Saw and penknife bought at Miniature hobby. Saw costs $11.90 and penknife costs $1.90 xD
This make cutting doors and hoods a breeze. I didnt touch my exacto knife at all :P

Hobby dremel. Makes filing alot faster and easier

Origin of this blog

This blog first started on 2/11/2009 as Elvyn's personal model kit blog. One fine day when he visted Lawrence's house to take a look at his Ferrari, and heard that he took 30+ photos of it 0.0 he thought, why not ask him to join the blog to post those pictures somewhere?
So then how did we come up with the name? Lawrence forgot to prime his Ferari seats and painted it, making the seat look even cheaper than unpainted. Therefore, CHEAP PLASTICS!
